Patches of skin peeked through tattered denim and
bleach-blonde locks splayed over obscure
necklines, a belt of rainbows, wrapped waist,
thin, pelvic bone pushed against taught skin--opposing mountains
and a tattoo, crawled and curled over lean
shoulders. She makes a fist around a pen,
writes like she's etching stone.
